Position : Wireless Driver Developer

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

Qualification : BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA in CS / ECE / EE

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Driver Developer with strong expertise in Wi-Fi driver development (802.11ac/802.11ax) and Linux kernel programming. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in networking product development and excellent debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain wireless (Wi-Fi) drivers on embedded Linux platforms.
  • Work on 802.11ac / 802.11ax driver features, performance optimization, and stability improvements.
  • Integrate and test wireless drivers in networking products (routers, access points, gateways).
  • Debug kernel crashes, performance issues, device firmware, and connectivity problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for driver bring-up, testing, and release cycles.
  • Work on Linux kernel modules, device drivers, and board bring-up activities.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • 48 years of hands-on experience in Wireless Driver Development.
  • Strong experience with 802.11ac or 802.11ax drivers.
  • Experience working with networking products (Wi-Fi AP, Router, Gateway, Embedded Networking).
  • Proficiency in C Programming and Data Structures.
  • Strong expertise in Linux Kernel Programming and Device Drivers.
  • Excellent debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have (Added Advantage)

  • Experience with Atheros / Qualcomm (QCA) wireless chipsets & drivers.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, firmware, and networking protocols.
  • Experience with Git, Yocto, Buildroot, or similar environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
