SoC Emulation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced SoC Emulation Engineer with strong expertise in pre‑silicon verification , emulation platforms , and hardware/software co‑verification . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with large‑scale SoC designs (1B+ gates) for leading semiconductor companies, with deep knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog, firmware, and system-level bring‑up.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SoC emulation , pre‑silicon verification , or hardware/software co‑development .
• Hands‑on expertise with any major emulation platforms:
• Synopsys ZeBu
• Cadence Palladium / Protium
• Siemens / Mentor Veloce
• Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog , RTL simulation, and debugging.
• Experience with C/C++ , low‑level firmware development, and bootloader flows.
• Good understanding of BIOS , x86/ARM architectures , and SoC initialization.
• Solid grasp of SoC bring‑up, debug methodologies, and waveform/log analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting: Python, Tcl, Perl, Ruby .
• Experience building and validating large SoC models (1B+ gates) .
• Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
