WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
As part of our team, you will
lead and contribute
to the development of
electrical equipment for satellites
in ongoing institutional and commercial space missions and actively participate in shaping upcoming
strategic programs
, ensuring compliance with mission requirements, the space environment, and space qualification standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as the main technical interface with customers such as ESA and prime contractors.
-
You will lead the preparation and execution of key project reviews and milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, QR, etc.), while coordinating the internal technical activities of multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

You will lead the definition of the electrical architecture and drive detailed design activities.
-
You will coordinate and contribute to the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with ECSS standards (specifications, design descriptions, analysis reports, verification plans, compliance matrices).

You will coordinate and support the definition and execution of electrical and functional verification, validation, and qualification activities, and the supervision of subcontractors.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for
engineers in electronics, telecommunications, or related disciplines
, with
proven experience
in the development of
electrical equipment
, including FPGA/SoC-based systems. Solid knowledge of
system development life cycles and hardware certification
or qualification processes. Fluency in spoken and written
English,
good communication skills, and the ability to produce clear, high-quality technical documentation are essential.
The following will be considered as a nice to have:

Experience in coordinating and guiding technical teams

Familiarity with ECSS standards and quality assurance processes in the space sector

Knowledge of onboard processors, SoC, and onboard communication architectures

Previous participation in space programs at ESA or other institutions
