Senior Director – IC Design

We’re hiring a Sr Director – IC Design in the US 🇺🇸

If you’ve led analog/mixed-signal architecture for complex silicon (SerDes, PHY, ADC/DAC, sensors) and enjoy driving programs from concept to production — this is a high-impact opportunity.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define next-gen low-power silicon systems and shape the technology roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead AMS / PHY / data converter architecture for advanced silicon programs
• Drive end-to-end IC development from concept through production
• Lead and mentor a high-impact design team (architecture → silicon bring-up → production)
• Partner with cross-functional teams across system, firmware, validation, and product
• Influence technology roadmap , IP strategy, and design methodologies
• Lead debug, validation, and silicon bring-up for complex designs
• Engage with executive stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Proven track record in architecture + delivery of complex silicon systems
• Deep expertise in one or more areas:
• High-speed IO / SerDes / PHY
• Data converters (ADC/DAC)
• Sensor or low-power signal chain design
• Experience leading cross-functional silicon programs at scale
• Strong understanding of advanced process nodes (16nm and below preferred)
• Hands-on experience with silicon validation, debug, and production ramp
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams

Nice to Have

• Background in low-power system design / edge compute
• Experience with automotive, mobile, or connectivity silicon
• Exposure to system modeling, Python, or data-driven design approaches
• Prior experience in top-tier semiconductor companies or startups
