Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
RF Engineer
with proven experience in
cluster-based radio network optimization and performance management
. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, optimizing, and improving the performance of assigned network clusters to ensure excellent customer experience, network quality, and KPI achievement.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in LTE and 5G radio optimization, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the performance of assigned RF clusters.

Analyze network performance using OSS counters, drive test data, and customer experience metrics.

Identify coverage, capacity, quality, and interference issues and implement optimization solutions.

Perform parameter optimization for LTE and 5G networks to improve network KPIs.

Conduct cluster health checks and provide recommendations for continuous performance improvement.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly network KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Analyze customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.

Support new site integration, cluster acceptance, and network expansion activities.

Perform post-implementation verification after network changes and optimization activities.

Coordinate with Planning, Transmission, Core Network, Field Operations, and Implementation teams to resolve network issues.

Support special events, network modernization, and swap projects.

Ensure optimization activities comply with customer standards and operational procedures.

Participate in troubleshooting sessions for degraded network performance.

Prepare technical documentation, optimization reports, and presentation materials.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum
3 years of RF optimization experience
in a mobile telecommunications network.

Proven experience handling
network clusters
in LTE and/or 5G environments.

Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR technologies.

Experience in radio parameter optimization, neighbor optimization, PCI planning, ANR, load balancing, and interference mitigation.

Knowledge of coverage and capacity optimization methodologies.

Experience interpreting OSS counters and network performance statistics.

Familiarity with customer experience and network quality KPIs.
