Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Linux Device Driver Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging Linux kernel device drivers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirements, writing code, performing code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and test drivers with hardware platforms. The individual must be proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience and proficiency in Linux Kernel development and Device Driver programming (3+ years).
  • Strong skills in C/C++ programming and debugging techniques for embedded systems.
  • Hands-on experience with board bring-up and working with various hardware-peripheral interfaces.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams and addressing customer requirements.
  • Familiarity with build systems like Makefile and experience in source control tools like Git.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under deadlines independently or in teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
