Job Description

• Analyze product requirements and develop hardware solutions.
• Design hardware schematics and PCB layouts.
• Optimize hardware designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Validate hardware performance and technical specifications through testing and verification.
• Prepare design documentation and support production transfer.
• Provide engineering support during prototyping, pilot runs, and mass production.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a full-time university program with a Good classification or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics and Informatics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or other relevant engineering majors.
• English proficiency equivalent to a minimum TOEIC score of 550.
• At least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in at least one hardware design tool: Cadence (OrCAD, Allegro), Altium, Mentor Graphics, etc.
• Able to design schematics and PCB layouts, perform simulations, and use testing and measurement tools.
• Knowledge of digital electronics, analog electronics, electromagnetics, antennas, and power electronics.
• Good understanding of technical characteristics and basic application circuits of common electronic components, with the ability to select optimal components.
• Understanding of factory manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Experience in low-power circuit design and wireless communication circuits in IoT applications such as BLE, 4G/5G, GPS, and Wi-Fi is an advantage.

• Salary: From $600 – $1,200++ for Junior/Middle level; From $1,200 – $2,500++ for Senior level; From $2,500 – $5,000++ for Expert level;
