Firmware Test Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Short Description: Under guidance, design simple test cases per FW requirements, execute functional/stability tests and assist in setting up test environments; record test logs/defects in tools like JIRA, and verify defect fixes with FW engineers; assist in compiling basic test documents (plans, cases, reports) and maintaining document versions; attend FW reviews to provide basic feedback, communicate with dev teams on defects, and learn testing skills from seniors while sharing progress Experience:  0-2 years of FW testing experience (embedded systems preferred: telecom, consumer electronics, IoT); New graduates with basic embedded/FW knowledge are welcome.  Familiar with basic FW testing processes: test case design, test execution, defect recording.  Able to use common testing tools: oscilloscope, multimeters, serial tools (e.g., SecureCRT), basic debuggers (J-Link/ST-Link).  Basic understanding of communication protocols (UART, SPI) or embedded OS (e.g., FreeRTOS) is a plus.  Elementary C language skills (able to read simple code) and familiarity with test tools (e.g., JIRA) are preferred. Special Skills:  Design basic test cases based on FW requirements (cover functional and simple scenario test points).  Assist in building and maintaining FW test environments (hardware setup, software configuration).  Execute test cases, record test results and defects clearly.  Coordinate with FW engineers to verify defect fixes.  Assist in compiling simple test reports and organizing test documents.  Participate in team meetings and learn from senior engineers to improve skills.
