Job Description

GalaxEye Space, is a deep-tech Space start-up spun off from IIT-Madras and is currently based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are dedicated to advancing the frontiers of space exploration. Our mission is to develop cutting-edge solutions that address the challenges of the modern space industry by specialising in developing a constellation of miniaturised, multi-sensor SAR+EO satellites.

Our new age technology enables all-time, all-weather imaging, this with leveraging advanced processing and AI capabilities, we ensure near real-time data delivery and are glad to highlight that we have successfully demonstrated these imaging capabilities, the first of its kind in the world, across various platforms such as Drones as well as HAPS (High-Altitude Pseudo Satellites).

Responsibilities

• Defining FPGA architecture, implementations, and verification.
• RTL coding in Verilog/VHDL for custom FPGA-based data pipeline .
• Simulation, timing analysis and closure
• Work on interfacing the FPGA with external data storage, HighSpeed ADCs, etc
• Collaborate with firmware engineers to develop drivers.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience building, simulating, verifying, or testing FPGA based digital designs
• Excellent knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL)
• Experience in interfacing with high speed ADCs, DACs.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and logic design, and serial interfaces – SPI, I2C, LVDS, etc
• Experience with Vivado
• Good exposure to programming C / C++, Python.
• Experience in working with SoC, FPGA and microcontrollers etc.
