Your Key Responsibilities:
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for SW requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, variant management and release.
- Define SW team development plan and timeline, ensure the timely delivery of SW work package.
- Coordinate system engineer, software engineer and test engineer for internal technical topics and customer needs. - Optimize SW control algorithm and troubleshooting.

Track and research new algorithm, technical trend, new process, innovation and product solution.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in English (both oral and written), German/Japanese is a plus.
- Familiar with DC/DC control algorithms, diagnosis strategies and related design experience. - Knowledge of automotive compliance, such as standards like ISO 26262.
- Proficient in model-based software development processes, as well as development tools such as C language and Matlab.

Preferred qualifications: experience in agile development, COM, BOOT BSW development, software project management, and DC/DC SOP projects.
