Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AUTOSAR-compliant embedded software to support modularity and reusability in automotive Electronic Control Unit.
  • Work on AUTOSAR Application Layer, RTE (Runtime Environment) Configuration, BSW (Basic Software) Generation, and development of Complex Electronic Device Drivers (CDD).
  • Develop software for multicore microcontroller architectures, ensuring compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262) standards.
  • Program and debug Electronic & embedded systems using Embedded C and assembly language, targeting various automotive microcontrollers and microprocessors.
  • Implement and support automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services).
  • Perform debugging and issue resolution using industry-standard tools like Lauterbach Trace32, ETAS INCA, and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) simulators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software into larger vehicle platforms and perform system-level testing.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies for build automation, testing, and deployment of embedded software solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality code by following software development standards, version control practices, and thorough documentation.
  • Participate in architecture design reviews, code reviews, and compliance assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Min 7+ years of relevant experience in Automotive
  • Strong foundation BSW and Autosar principles.
  • Collaborative engineering environment focused on innovation and sustainability
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in automotive testing environments (dyno, test benches) is preferred
