Job Description

Senior Analog IC Design Engineer | 12-Month Contract | Fully Remote


We're partnering with an innovative semiconductor company developing advanced mixed-signal integrated circuits and are seeking an experienced Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join the team on a 12-month fully remote contract .


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance analog IC blocks for next-generation semiconductor products.
  • Take ownership of the design, simulation and verification of complex analog circuits.
  • Contribute to block and system-level architecture, optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with layout, verification and digital design teams to achieve successful silicon implementation.
  • Support design reviews, tape-out activities and post-layout verification.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in analog, or mixed-signal IC design.
  • Strong experience designing high-speed analog circuits such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, SerDes, clock generation or timing circuits.
  • Experience designing complex analog IP in advanced CMOS process technologies (FinFET, GAA or similar).
  • Good understanding of transistor-level design, simulation and verification techniques.
  • BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with industry-standard analog IC design and simulation tools.
  • Understanding of analog layout considerations, matching, parasitics and low-noise design techniques.
  • Experience supporting tape-out and silicon bring-up activities.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
