Business Unit Description NXP’s Precision Analog and Interface business unit offers high performance analog optimized for ultra-low power and high precision, Our products serve a wide range of markets, including mobile, industrial, telecommunications, and automotive applications.
As an Analog Design Engineer, you will join a highly experienced design team and contribute to the development of next-generation analog and mixed-signal IC solutions.
Responsibilities

Design and development Analog and Mixed Signal IPs (e.g. LDOs, LED driver, GPIOs, XTAL Oscillator, RC-Oscillator, Data Converters etc.);

Carry out development activities from design, layout, simulation to physical validation for mixed signal integrated circuits, Guarantee the technical deliverables of his jobs in terms of quality and performance;

Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize analog layout implementation.

Support product evaluation and characterization activities together with application and validation teams.

Work closely with global design teams to enhance design methodologies, share knowledge, and continuously improve engineering efficiency.
Requirements

Graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Solid foundation in CMOS analog IC design, including analog fundamentals, device physics, semiconductor processes, analog layout, and basic mixed-signal concepts.

Familiar with EDA tools and SPICE simulation, experience with Cadence design environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with good communication skills.

Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset.

Internship, research, or tape-out experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design is a plus

Knowledge of low-power design techniques and precision analog circuits is a plus

Understanding of silicon validation and lab measurement methodologies is a plus
