Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Responsible for debugging, porting, developing, testing, and maintaining IPMI related software and firmware for Server System
• Work closely with the software and hardware teams to develop and integrate embedded code.
• The candidate must be motivated, ready for an opportunity to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science preferred, MS degree is strongly desirable.
• 5+ working experience in firmware development;
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Linux Shell, Java Scripts;
• Experience in embedded Linux development and BMC FW development
• Knowledge in I2C, SPI, Redfish, SNMP, IPMI, WEBUI;
• X86 Hardware Background is desired.
• Open BMC or open source development experience is desired.
