Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Embedded Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of embedded software engineers responsible for the design, development, verification, certification, and delivery of safety-critical aerospace systems. This role combines strong technical leadership with people management, execution excellence, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality embedded software solutions aligned with customer and business objectives.

The successful candidate will manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team, drive technical execution across programs, ensure compliance with aerospace development standards, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
