Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated
Sr Embedded Engineering Supervisor
to lead a team of embedded software engineers responsible for the design, development, verification, certification, and delivery of safety-critical aerospace systems. This role combines strong technical leadership with people management, execution excellence, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality embedded software solutions aligned with customer and business objectives.
The successful candidate will manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team, drive technical execution across programs, ensure compliance with aerospace development standards, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

Experience in Aircraft Environmental Control Systems (Air supply, Cabin pressure control system, Cabin pressure Control System, Nitrogen generation System, Vapor Cooling System, etc.,

Lead the development and delivery of embedded software solutions for aerospace and safety-critical applications.

Drive software architecture, design reviews, implementation, integration, verification, and certification activities.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and certification requirements, including DO-178C and related aerospace processes.

Guide teams in adopting engineering best practices, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Verification & Validation, Program Management, and global engineering teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, cost, and schedule performance.
Stakeholder Management

Interface with global technology leaders, program managers, and customers.

Provide regular status updates, technical reviews, and executive-level communications.

Support strategic initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.

Significant experience in embedded software development.

Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical execution.

Strong programming expertise in Embedded C/C++ and real-time embedded systems.

Experience with software development lifecycle processes and configuration management.
Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace, avionics, or other safety-critical industry experience.

Working knowledge of DO-178B/C certification processes.

Experience with systems engineering, integration, and verification activities.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
