Work on detailed transistor level design of analog and mixed signal circuits for CMOS image sensors.

Oversee the floor plan and layout to make sure design responded as designed.

Perform the whole chip simulation along with the block level, transistor level schematic simulations.

Work with system timing designer to define sensor readout timing control.

Perform the block level and transistor level layout design and optimize sensor array readout circuits using CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre.

Collaborate with verification, process, test, and application engineers to debug, characterize and optimize performance of fabricated image sensors and successfully bring new products from initial concept through release.

Propose innovative and creative solutions where necessary to meet customer needs.

R&D new circuit to be ahead of current technology.

Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate activities with other personnel.
Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a closely related field.
Require three years of experience in CMOS image sensor products related.

Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $186,472 - $220,000. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills and experience, and the pay of employees in the similar role.
