Senior Hardware Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Good experience in Analog and Digital circuit design

• Experience on design around Microcontroller and Microprocessor.

• Experienced in signal conditioning circuits for Voltage, Current, and Temperature etc.

• Experience on writing test plans and execution of tests

• Experience on EMI/ EMC tests and knowledge

• Experience in HW design, Schematic and CAD tools, Layout review

• Sound experience in resolving field / customer anomalies, manufacturing issues by using techniques like RCA (Root Cause Analysis), 8D, 5 Why or similar methods.

• Experience in Obsolescence management of critical components like MCUs, Memories etc.

• Experience in Value Engineering – Cost Reduction.

• Doing necessary hand-on testing to evaluate Hardware performance of products.

• Work closely with cross-functional team to achieve assigned project/activity targets within boundaries of Time, Cost and Quality.

• Good written and oral communication skills.
