Teradyne’s Memory Test Division (MTD)Ā seeksĀ a motivated and technically driven FPGA Engineer to support the development of our growing portfolio ofĀ cutting-edgeĀ memory test solutions.Ā

  • Architect and implement FPGA solutions to support next generation Flash and DRAM test instrumentation.Ā 

  • ProvideĀ technicalĀ guidanceĀ to junior engineersĀ 

  • Turn abstract concepts and customer requirements into reliable, extensible, and supportable designs.  

  • AssistĀ in the maintenance and extension of existing FPGA designs to support quality improvement and emerging customer requirements.Ā 

  • Maintain schedule commitments and deliverĀ high qualityĀ end products.Ā 

  • Occasional travel may beĀ required.Ā

  • Experience with Digital Design and ArchitectureĀ 

  • RTL coding, synthesis, timingĀ closureĀ and lab validationĀ 

  • Experience with Static Timing Analysis of ASICs or FPGAsĀ 

  • Experience with digital simulation testbench creationĀ 

  • Experience with C or C++Ā 

  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, powerĀ suppliesĀ and waveform generators.   

  • FPGA Transceiver based design experienceĀ 

  • Experience with DRAM and Flash Memory interfacesĀ 

  • Experience withĀ Altera/AMDĀ FPGA tool flowsĀ 

  • ProficiencyĀ with Verilog HDL LanguageĀ 

  • Familiarity with UVM MethodologyĀ 

  • Scripting languages experienceĀ Ā 

  • Linux and Windows operating systems experienceĀ 

  • Familiarity with ATE instrumentationĀ 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, orĀ Master’s DegreeĀ or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.Ā

Compensation:Ā 
The base salary range for this role isĀ $123,100 - $196,900. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.Ā Ā
