Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities：
- Support any customers to promote Wacom's technologies
- Require expert knowledge of the product, from development and troubleshooting to the overall sales strategy.
- Develop and deliver customized demonstrations and presentations to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet customer’s needs.
- Provide technical advice during large or difficult negotiations, or with customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
- Replicate customer claimed issue, analyze/debug the problem, and work with business unit engineering team to solve Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and knowledge.
- Work experience as an engineer in the electronics industry (over 5 years)
- Fluent in Japanese or English
- With experience of firmware or circuit design
- Having high communication skill which is able to build and maintain a good relationships with stakeholders is also a plus.
- Self-starter and can-do attitude to any duties assigned
