Job Description

Hiring: Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer

Experience: 5–6 Years

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with strong experience in Embedded C/C++ and RTOS-based firmware development for embedded products.

Mandatory Skills

5–6 years of hands-on firmware development experience (not testing/validation)
Strong proficiency in Embedded C and modern C++ (C++17/20)
Hands-on experience with RTOS development (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or RTX)
Deep understanding of RTOS concepts: Tasks, Queues, Semaphores, Mutexes, Interrupts, and Memory Management
Experience developing Device Drivers, BSP/HAL, Bootloaders, and performing Board Bring-up
Experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto or Buildroot) is preferred
Strong debugging skills using JTAG/GDB, Logic Analyzer, and Oscilloscope
Hands-on experience with communication protocols: SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, MQTT, TCP/IP, BLE, and Wi-Fi
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and OTA Firmware Updates

What We're Looking For

Candidates who have designed, developed, debugged, and delivered production firmware for embedded products
Strong fundamentals in embedded systems and RTOS are mandatory
Candidates with experience limited to Testing, Validation, QA, Maintenance, or Project Management will not be considered
