Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 USD/year (up to $160K based on experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join an R&D team working on high-performance power systems . This role focuses on firmware design, optimization, and system reliability , with strong emphasis on protection systems and numerical relays .

Required Experience

• 7–10 years in Embedded Firmware Development
• Strong expertise in C, C++, RTOS, and Microprocessors
• Hands-on experience with QNX and Linux environments
• Experience with protection systems and numerical relays (power industry)
• Knowledge of memory interfaces (NAND, NOR, DDR4)
• Experience with communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet)
• Strong understanding of multithreading and system architecture
