Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in robotics, structural analysis (FEA), and multibody dynamics simulation. The candidate will be responsible for finalizing the geometrical design and ensuring complete mechanical feasibility of the Tree Climber and Picking Manipulator subsystems. After a successful internship period of 3 to 5 months, the candidate will be promoted to Full time based on performance and skill development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize and optimize geometric design parameters
  • Perform static FEA analysis in ANSYS for stress and deformation
  • Run multibody dynamics simulations in ADAMS or similar tools
  • Validate climbing stability and manipulator motion feasibility
  • Specify motors, reducers, and structural components
  • Ensure self-locking and structural integrity of the tree climber
  • Deliver final CAD models, FEA reports, MBD reports, and BOM


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Maintenance practices and Inspection procedures
  • Understanding of automotive systems and their mechanical design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience or projects in robotics or related domains is an advantage
