Company Overview
Shaping Ideas (Registered under Shaping Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a multi-disciplinary innovation hub. We operate at the cutting edge of technology, dividing our expertise between transforming STEM education in schools and developing high-end aerospace solutions—including FPV drones and heavy-lift logistics UAVs equipped with military-grade systems for the Indian Armed Forces. We also feature an advanced in-house 3D printing and rapid prototyping ecosystem.
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic STEM & Robotics Trainer to lead our educational initiatives, inspire the next generation of innovators, and grow with our expanding team.
Job Description
As a Robotics Trainer, you will be the face of Shaping Ideas across partner schools. You will step out of the traditional classroom setup to conduct high-energy, hands-on robotics workshops, manage the weekly STEM curriculum, and mentor students on real-world engineering concepts.
Key Responsibilities
School Deployments: Visit partner schools daily to deliver, manage, and facilitate our structured STEM and Robotics curriculum.
Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through building circuits, programming microcontrollers, and troubleshooting hardware.
Classroom Leadership: Manage classroom dynamics effectively, keeping young minds engaged, curious, and disciplined.
Curriculum Feedback: Work closely with our core R&D team to refine training modules based on classroom feedback and student performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Strong foundational knowledge of Electronics (circuit designing, breadboarding, and components).
Hands-on experience programming and interfacing with microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ESP32.
Familiarity with basic sensors, actuators, and motor drivers.
Bonus points: Experience with 3D modeling/printing or standard hardware debugging tools.
Soft Skills & Leadership:
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to break down complex technical jargon into simple, exciting concepts for school students.
Leadership Qualities: Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of managing a classroom or leading student tech teams independently.
Highly energetic, approachable, and patient with young learners.
Preferred Experience:
Drone / UAV Experience (Highly Valued): Basic knowledge of drone mechanics, flight controllers, or FPV assembly is a massive plus, given our core defense aviation division.
What We Offer
A chance to work at a unique intersection of education and defense robotics.
Direct exposure to high-end drone manufacturing and 3D printing technologies.
A vibrant, fast-paced startup environment with room for rapid career growth.
How to Apply
If you love tinkering with electronics, building cool tech, and teaching others how to do the same, we want you!
