Key Responsibilities

Environment

• UiPath Studio Orchestrator Google Cloud Platform App Script GitLab
• Kanban oriented workflow
• RPA Developer UiPath
• Focus Automation Architecture Development and Support

Role Description

• Automation Engineering Design develop and maintain RPA solutions mainly using
• UiPath Studio to automate recruitment mid and Backoffice processes
• System Integration Create automations to bridge data between systems SAP
• Salesforce Google Workspace legacy or portals where integration is not feasible
• Support Act as the proactive supporter for bot failures selector refactoring and process

Exceptions

• Infrastructure Monitoring, Monitoring of UiPath Orchestrator logs and mail s
• identify and resolve transaction failures credential issues or environment related

Bottlenecks

• Infrastructure Maintenance Maintain the development and production environments with software updates and security patches
• Documentation Governance Create and maintain PDD Process Definition and SDD
• Solution Design documentation together with Process Analysts support version control and deployments via GitLab

Required Skills

• Technical Proficiency Good knowledge of UiPath Studio Orchestrator and ideally

ReFramework

• UI Automation Advanced handling of dynamic selectors specifically within SAP, Salesforce and Google Workspace
• Solution Design Ability to analyze manual business processes and design stable scalable automated workflows together with process owners and end user
• Integration Data Proficiency in handling JSONXML for API calls within bots and advanced data manipulation using appropriate tools like PYTHON App Script and others
• Software Lifecycle Understanding of version control Gitlab and deploying automation increments across DevTestProd environments
• Infrastructure Maintenance Ensuring platform and server infrastructure is consistently UpToDate

Experience Soft Skills

• Experience 5 years of professional RPA development with UiPath
• Communication High English proficiency ability to document complex logic for both technical and business stakeholders Ability to solve problem tickets or requirements with the end user German language proficiency favourable
• Mindset Analytical detail oriented and a proactive team player willing to take over responsibilities and ownership used to work independently
• Certification UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer UiARD preferred
