Job Description

A pioneering, deep-tech Satellite Communications (SpaceTech) enterprise that is engineering the world's first cellular broadband network accessible directly from standard, off-the-shelf mobile devices without requiring dedicated user equipment.

The company's breakthrough space-borne architectures bridge aerospace networks with mainstream telecommunications to deliver global connectivity.

Located in a central tech district and operating on a hybrid model.

Position Overview

  • RF Engineering Team Lead providing direct managerial, professional, and technical leadership to an elite squad of RF engineers.
  • Directing the end-to-end (E2E) design, layout, simulation, and integration of next-generation, space-qualified RF modules, phased-array architectures, and adaptive beamforming structures.
  • Overseeing the entire productization pipeline, taking high-frequency communication payload systems from complex electromagnetic modeling through strict space-qualification testing to volume mass manufacturing.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading academic institution - Mandatory (Advanced degree specializing in RF/Microwave engineering - Advantage)
  • 10+ years of proven professional experience in RF design engineering, with at least 3+ years of dedicated experience leading or managing engineering teams - Mandatory
  • Proven technical track record developing RF subsystems within the 1–30 GHz frequency spectrum, demonstrating deep expertise in GaN/GaAs power amplifiers, impedance matching, frequency synthesizers, and filters - Mandatory
  • Extensive hands-on simulation experience utilizing advanced RF and EM CAD suites (such as ADS, HFSS, AWR) - Mandatory
  • Practical understanding of RF-to-digital interfaces and high-speed SerDes communication layers - Mandatory
  • Solid background in Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Test (DfT) protocols, with a track record of steering products from initial R&D into high-volume production lines - Mandatory
  • Practical familiarity or experience navigating space-qualification processes, including thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration testing, and radiation hardening requirements - Mandatory
