Position Overview

RF Engineering Team Lead providing direct managerial, professional, and technical leadership to an elite squad of RF engineers.

Directing the end-to-end (E2E) design, layout, simulation, and integration of next-generation, space-qualified RF modules, phased-array architectures, and adaptive beamforming structures.

Overseeing the entire productization pipeline, taking high-frequency communication payload systems from complex electromagnetic modeling through strict space-qualification testing to volume mass manufacturing.
Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading academic institution - Mandatory (Advanced degree specializing in RF/Microwave engineering - Advantage)

10+ years of proven professional experience in RF design engineering, with at least 3+ years of dedicated experience leading or managing engineering teams - Mandatory

Proven technical track record developing RF subsystems within the 1–30 GHz frequency spectrum, demonstrating deep expertise in GaN/GaAs power amplifiers, impedance matching, frequency synthesizers, and filters - Mandatory

Extensive hands-on simulation experience utilizing advanced RF and EM CAD suites (such as ADS, HFSS, AWR) - Mandatory

Practical understanding of RF-to-digital interfaces and high-speed SerDes communication layers - Mandatory
