Title: RF Engineer / Senior RF Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer with strong expertise in wireless network design, optimization, performance analysis, and deployment across 4G LTE and 5G networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with macro networks, small cells, DAS solutions, and network performance optimization across multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform RF design, optimization, and performance analysis for LTE and 5G networks.
• Support 5G SA/NSA deployments, VoNR implementations, LTE-to-5G migrations, and network modernization activities.
• Execute network performance optimization to improve coverage, capacity, mobility, and user experience KPIs.
• Conduct field testing, drive testing, and post-integration validation of new site builds and network upgrades.
• Analyze RF KPIs and troubleshoot network performance issues affecting customer experience.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaint tickets and chronic network-related issues.
• Support SNAP, rehome activities, neighbor optimization, parameter tuning, and network audits.
• Perform RF design and optimization for Macro, Small Cell, iDAS, and oDAS solutions.
• Collaborate with market teams, engineering teams, construction vendors, and OEM partners during deployment and optimization activities.
• Prepare RF design documents, optimization reports, and executive performance summaries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of RF Engineering experience within wireless telecommunications.

• Experience supporting Verizon or AT&T wireless networks.
• Knowledge of RF planning and optimization tools.
• Experience with network modernization and migration projects.
• Familiarity with OSS performance monitoring platforms and KPI reporting tools.
