As a PCB & Hardware Design Engineer, youโll be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing advanced power and control PCBs used in our IoT and embedded product lines.
1) Design multi-layer PCBs for high-performance and power electronic systems using Altium Designer or equivalent tools.
2) Develop and validate analog, digital, and power circuits (>400V, >50A), ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.
3) Perform schematic design, signal and power integrity analysis (SI/PI), and thermal management to minimize noise, EMI/EMC, and ripple issues.
4) Collaborate with R&D, Mechanical, and Production teams to ensure manufacturability and design accuracy.
5) Conduct Design Rule Check (DRC), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Test (DFT) reviews.
6) Generate comprehensive manufacturing documentation (Gerber files, BOMs, assembly drawings, stack-up).
7) Maintain accurate and updated PCB component libraries (footprints and 3D models).
8) Support prototype testing, troubleshooting, and smooth transition to mass production.
