Job Description
- Location: Remote (Must be aligned with the PST time zone)
- Required Skills:
- 10+ years of ASIC DFT experience
- Strong expertise in Scan, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG
- Experience with Tessent, Synopsys DFT Compiler, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Experience with ASIC/SoC design and test methodologies
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
