该职位来源于猎聘 Role Summary: The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development of Flight Control Computer (FCC) products. You will be responsible for work that is defined or less defined in scope, but also be expected to independently define and execute work assignments as well as making sound technical decisions, guiding others in execution. You will work in a project team, cooperate with peers from system, electrical, mechanical, logic, reliability, safety, software, certification to complete tasks through architecture, requirement, design, prototype, test, and certification. Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for improving the existing test equipment required for HW test, conduct hardware TC/TP, generate test reports.

Lead the DO-160G tests activity on the FCC product, including test plan creation, test bench and test software development, test lab organization and test report documents.

Responsible for the execution of hardware development independently, including key components selection, detailed schematics design, board layout, BOM creation, board debug and tests.

Make development schedule and resource estimation, lead execution of plans to achieve technical requirements, scheduling, budgeting and contractual commitments

Work with component engineer to create new components symbol and cell, add new components into library.

Responsible for releasing the components from BOM list by following company process.

Lead the DO-160G tests activity on the FCC product, including test plan creation, test bench and test software development, test lab organization and test report documents.

May concurrently work on multiple projects, manage time dynamically to ensure schedule requirements are met

Manage outsourcing by preparing and sending work packages to suppliers, including defining work scope, estimating due date, monitoring progress and serving as a technical resource through periodic communication with suppliers Qualifications Required:

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Minimum 5 years' experience in HW development and test

Familiar with Mentor Graphics tools and hardware simulation tools

Familiar with Common interface, such as UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet and PCe.

Familiar with general lab instruments such DMM, scope, logic analyzer and network analyzer

Experience of avionics hardware design and development is preferred

DO-160G test experience is preferred

Proactive and self-learning ability

Good communication skills in English and Chinese, willing to accept the challenge and exercise in a global diversified team
