Hardware Engineer

1, The candidate must be bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in the industry or similar domain.

2, At least 5 years of successful hardware design experience in GPON, XGS optics and solid understanding of the hardware product design lifecycle process.

3. Technical Requirements:

a) Familiar with development and production of optical modules.

b) Familiar with related standard for PON / optical modules.

c) Familiar with high-speed circuit design, and test instrument.

d) Background with qualification standard such as EMC/safety etc.

4. Experience of 2.5Gps and 10Gbps optical product, be familiar with 25Gps is preferred.

5. Familiar with BOB (Bosa On Board) design, test, calibration, validation and factory test process.

6. Experience of using DCA, BERT etc, Eye-diagram measurement and analysis experience.

7. Excellent in cross-team communication and problem resolve skills.

8. Computer skill: Familiar with MS office, capable of EDA tools or related
