Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!


The Role

• Develop and execute comprehensive hardware validation plans for new product development.

• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure product requirements are met.

• Analyze validation test data, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Design and document validation processes, methodologies, findings, and overall insights.

• Oversee and manage validation equipment usage for consistent and reliable results.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues identified during the validation phase.


What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.

• Proven experience reviewing PCB schematics and layouts for specification compliance.

• Solid understanding of power and thermal design principles and validation techniques.

• Experience with hardware validation, including high-speed and low-speed I/O, and voltage regulator evaluation.

• Familiarity with data center networking products and testing strategies for automated functional and system testing.
