Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and test hardware components and systems for network products, including circuit boards and related electronic assemblies. Responsibilities include creating schematics, performing simulations, validating designs through prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as firmware, testing, and manufacturing. The role involves troubleshooting hardware issues, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The Hardware Engineer will also support product integration, participate in design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of hardware design processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hardware Development and Computer Hardware, with experience in product lifecycle from concept to production.
  • Proficiency in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design, including schematic capture and PCB design tools.
  • Solid understanding of core Hardware principles, electronic components, and hardware testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with industry-standard EDA tools, lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and debugging techniques.
  • Knowledge of hardware reliability, compliance, and safety standards relevant to network products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with clear technical communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in hardware development for networking or telecommunication products is an advantage.
