The primary R&D facility is located in the Central region of Israel, offering a full-time position within a highly stable and technologically sophisticated defense engineering hub.


Position Overview-

  • Hardware / Electronics Design Engineer owning the complete development lifecycle of next-generation analog and digital electronic boards, from initial concept to full production hand-off.
  • Designing, simulating, and prototyping complex multi-layered printed circuit boards (PCBs) tailored for defense-grade performance requirements.
  • Executing hands-on hardware testing, laboratory debugging, and system-level hardware/software integration using precision lab equipment.
  • Generating rigorous technical documentation, including schematics, engineering layouts, bills of materials (BOM), and production portfolios in compliance with defense standards.
  • Collaborating cross-functional with Embedded Software, Mechanical, and Systems engineering teams to deliver unified tactical solutions.
  • Core Domain & Ecosystem- Board Design (Analog & Digital), Schematic Capture & CAD Tools (OrCAD), Microcontrollers & CPLD Architectures, Laboratory Test Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers), Hardware-Software Integration, and Defense-Grade Engineering Standards.


Requirements-

  • Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
  • 2 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in electronic board design (schematic design and hardware development) – Mandatory
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing electronic CAD software (with a strong preference for OrCAD) – Mandatory
  • Robust capability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot intricate electronic schematics and multi-disciplinary hardware setups – Mandatory
  • Practical, hands-on experience operating advanced laboratory measurement tools and high-precision testing instrumentation – Mandatory
  • Technical comprehension of hardware architectures, including Microcontrollers and programmable logic devices (CPLDs) – Mandatory
  • High capacity for self-directed learning, strong critical thinking skills, and excellent team collaboration capabilities – Mandatory
  • Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English – Mandatory
