Forward Deployed Robotics Engineer

About The Role

You will install and perform initial setup of humanoid robot systems at customer sites, define and coordinate technical requirements with customers and partners, and stabilize and optimize systems for each on-site environment. You will analyze and resolve issues using logs, telemetry, and sensor data.

You will document field requirements and findings and coordinate closely with the engineering teams, acting as the bridge between real-world deployment and product development.

Required Qualifications

• Experience installing, operating, and troubleshooting robotics, vision, or AI systems in real-world environments.
• Linux and Python-based system operation and debugging experience.
• Understanding of robotics development tools such as ROS/ROS2, Docker, and gRPC (ROS2 experience required).
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic, network, and hardware systems.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel.
