Core Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering of firmware solutions, focusing on their efficiency and robustness.
• Translate high-level designs into system-level software that will run seamlessly on our EV platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering experts to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Engage in the development and debugging of real-time systems and associated hardware components.
• Guide a talented team of engineers, promoting best practices in coding and testing.

Basic Qualifications

• A university degree in a tech-focused field such as Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience in senior-level development roles, particularly in embedded systems.
• Competency in languages like C++, C, and Python, especially in real-time environments.
• Strong understanding of debugging techniques for embedded solutions.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Experience

• Postgraduate education in a related field.
• Previous leadership roles in software development for electric vehicles or similar sectors.
• Knowledge in low-level hardware manipulation and device driver engineering.
• Familiarity with safety-critical software standards and protocols.
