We’re looking for a QA Engineer who’ll further develop and maintain our QA activities concerning product delivery , mainly in the area of automation. We picture you as an experienced engineer who has already been developing some automated tests .

You’ll be responsible for testing a wide range of software and hardware products - mainly Trezor Firmware , but you will also contribute to Trezor Suite and Trezor e-shop.

👉 What You’ll Do

• Manual and automated testing of newly developed and current software and hardware functionalities
• Writing, maintaining, and improving integration and E2E tests
• Creating and maintaining test related CI/CD pipelines
• Discussing complex testing ideas with developers
• Maintaining test scenarios and test cases in a well-formatted manner
• Guide junior testers and help them in their transition to automated tests
  
  

‍💪 What do we expect from you?

• At least 2+ years of experience with automated tests (we use Python and Playwright)
• Background in testing hardware-integrated software, such as embedded systems, firmware, or consumer electronics is highly valued
• Experience with testing of various app types - we have web, desktop and mobile apps
• Good knowledge of general IT - command line, git, CI/CDs (we use Github Actions)
• Advanced programming skills, ideally Javascript/Typescript
• A good knowledge of both manual & automated testing principles
• Ability to think critically about problems, a desire to grow and improve
• Experience with crypto and Bitcoin is advantageous
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
