Minimum qualifications:

5 years of experience in coding with C/C++.

Experience in one or more than one of the following areas: Wi-Fi/Bluetooth driver, firmware, and framework development.

Experience developing embedded systems.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.
Responsibilities

Build high-quality Wi-Fi experience across the Pixel and Andorid ecosystem, ensuring they serve all the users equitably and inclusively.

Design, implement and support connectivity features for Pixel/Wearable devices.

Address a variety of System on Chip (SoC), and work with partners and vendors.

Investigate and address the root cause of firmware/software issues.
