🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Architect, develop, and verify manageability firmware for embedded RTOS environments.

✅ Drive firmware solutions for reference and ODM server platform designs.

✅ Collaborate with BIOS, OS, hardware, validation, and debugging teams.

✅ Enable scalable manageability solutions to reduce time-to-market across platforms.

✅ Develop and optimize firmware using C and Assembly programming .

✅ Support firmware integration with platform, BIOS, and operating system components.

🎯 Must-Have Skills

✔ 8–10 years of firmware development experience.

✔ Strong expertise in UEFI BIOS, Platform BIOS , and firmware development.

✔ Hands-on experience with C programming and Assembly language .

✔ Experience with System Management Controllers (BMC) and firmware development.

✔ Knowledge of IPMI, DCMI, and SMASH standards .

✔ Experience integrating firmware with BIOS and OS components.

✔ Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
