Software DevOps Engineer

Responsibility

Development and execution of automated tests in parallel with the embedded software development:

• Cooperate with the developers to improve testability of newly developed software.
• Validate the features against the requirements.
• Support continuous integration by automating test cases.
• Perform manual testing where applicable.
• Creating test plans, writing test cases
• Closure of testing by providing test reports
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree (experience in embedded software testing is a plus)
• Experience with or knowledge of version control systems, such as SVN or GIT
• Knowledge of Agile testing, Python, automated testing, writing tests and doing measurements
• Good communication skills in English is a must
• Continuous Integration & Continuous Development methodologies
• robot framework and Pytest
• Atlassian tools (JIRA for bug tracking / Confluence for documentation)
• experience with CI platform (Jenkins)
• Problem solver, taking intiative, taking responsibility
