Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead monitoring and observability activities using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Manage incident response, escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution processes.
• Drive infrastructure management and operational support activities.
• Support service operations and service management processes across environments.
• Maintain and support CMDB and change management practices.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and service processes.
• Apply ITIL principles to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Analyze operational and monitoring data to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and matrix teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational targets and service commitments.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in infrastructure management and service operations.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of incident management, incident response, and change management processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow and CMDB management.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience leading operational support teams and stakeholder coordination.

Education: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
