Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a software developer on our team, you will design and implement embedded software for our converter control platform, supporting the energy transition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members throughout the entire software development lifecycle—from clarifying requirements and implementing features to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Working in agile teams, you’ll contribute to innovative projects and help ensure our solutions are robust, secure, and high performing.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Design, implementation, and verification of software in C++ for embedded systems applications, in close collaboration with the development team.
  • Taking co-ownership of the entire software lifecycle: from requirements analysis, architecture, and documentation to testing and deployment of software solutions.
  • Contributing to code reviews and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous performance optimization within the team.
  • Analyzing and resolving critical issues and supporting customer inquiries.


What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s with strong experience also considered)
  • More than 8 years of experience in software development, particularly in system programming, operating systems, and embedded systems.
  • Solid knowledge of C++
  • Hands-on experience with tools for source code management and build automation such as Git and CMake, as well as adapting CI pipelines.
  • Ideally, experience with static code analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent English communication
