Responsible for 5G SOC firmware/kernel to support MediaTek 5G broadband and IOT module product. He or she develops, optimizes or refines firmware/kernel to provide the best performance on embedded Linux OS. Major responsibilities will be to:
Responsible for 5G SOC firmware/kernel to support MediaTek 5G broadband and IOT module product. He or she develops, optimizes or refines firmware/kernel to provide the best performance on embedded Linux OS. Major responsibilities will be to:
- Develop, port, and optimize firmware/Linux kernel on 5G SOC.
- Software developing of 5G broadband/Data card/IOT module product requirement.
-
New IC bring-up, HW/SW stability issues, including HW hang, HW crash, DRAM bitflip.
- Strong programming skills in C and Linux/RTOS programming are preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with ARM based embedded system are preferred.

Experience with OpenWRT/Yocto development is a plus.
