As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to implement enhancements and new features for AI glasses. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software for embedded systems, investigating and resolving bugs, and contributing to future product development.

Typical Day in the Role:
  • This role is responsible for developing and maintaining software for embedded systems, investigating and resolving bugs, and contributing to future product development.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement enhancements and new features for AI glasses.
  • Investigate and resolve bugs as they come up.
  • Contribute to development efforts on future products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions for embedded platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code for embedded systems.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer within the team.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in C/C++ programming or 2+ years of experience with Java programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience working on embedded systems is preferred.
  • Embedded software engineer with 2–6 years of experience with consumer electronics product work.

Must-Have Hard Skills:
  • 1+ year of experience in either Java or C++.
  • 1+ year of experience with embedded systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:
  • 1+ year of Python experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Years of Experience
  • 2–6 years.
