Lely offers solutions for virtually every task on a dairy farm: from milking to cleaning. They also advise on how to smartly organize a dairy farm using management systems.


You will make a difference, and this is how:

You'll be joining a pioneer in robotics and automation. The focus is on the further development and optimization of advanced autonomous systems that operate 24/7. In this project, you'll work on the core of machine control, where software and hardware seamlessly converge.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions. You'll work in an environment where precision and reliability are crucial.

Your focus will be on developing robust C++ code for embedded devices, in combination with ROS2, Linux, and embedded systems.

Integrating robotics algorithms and ensuring seamless communication between sensors and actuators.


Are you someone with:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
  • Strong command of C++ (modern standards).
  • Extensive experience with ROS2 and embedded devices.
  • A background in robotics is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and are accustomed to working in complex environments.
