🚨 We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer – PCB Design

📍 Location: Sterling, VA

💼 Full-Time | Onsite

💰 Compensation: Competitive (DOE)

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong PCB design expertise to support the development of complex, high-performance electrical systems for defense applications .

You’ll be responsible for:

✅ Designing schematics and PCB layouts for analog, digital, RF, and high-speed circuits using Altium Designer

✅ Developing reliable PCB designs for harsh environments including extreme temperatures, shock/vibration, and EMI/RFI requirements

✅ Applying IPC standards and DFM/DFA best practices for manufacturable designs

✅ Performing signal integrity analysis and high-speed interface design

✅ Creating manufacturing documentation including BOMs, fabrication drawings, and assembly files

✅ Developing PCB prototypes and performing board-level testing and validation

✅ Collaborating with mechanical, software, and quality teams to deliver complete product solutions

Required Qualifications:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

🔹 5+ years of PCB design experience

🔹 Proficiency with Altium Designer

🔹 Knowledge of IPC PCB standards (IPC-2221, IPC-2222, IPC-2223)

🔹 Experience with high-speed PCB design, controlled impedance routing, and signal integrity

🔹 Hands-on PCB prototyping and testing experience

🔹 Defense/Aerospace experience preferred
