YOUR TASKS

Car Access Department with over 50 colleagues in Design and Development, Testing, Hardware and System is ready to support you with guidance and training on the job in complete project development activities from quotation up to end of production. We work in a state of the art laboratory and we will give you the opportunity to develop and apply your technical knowledge and creative thinking in various activities like: defining project architecture based on AUTOSAR standard , design and implement specific applications using C programming language , hardware development and functional testing.

Working on latest technologies like UWB (ultra-wide band) , Bluetooth and NFC with a highly skilled and collaborative team.

• Defining system architectures
• Writing system specifications based on internal, customer and legal requirements
• Participating in decisions regarding technical and technological solutions for our products
• Creating new products based on the latest technologies
• In close contact with the design team and the technical interface to the customers.
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in automotive systems design and development
• Either system engineering experience or software/hardware/mechatronics background
• Experience in requirements analysis and management tools (DOORS is a plus)
• Strong customer interface experience
• Solid understanding of Smart Car Access Systems, including electronic access architectures and secure vehicle authentication mechanisms
• Practical experience with CCC (Car Connectivity Consortium) standards and related ecosystem specifications
• Good knowledge of UWB (Ultra-Wideband) technology and its application in secure localization, digital keys, and passive entry systems
• Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and RF-based technologies, including their use in short‑range communication and automotive access features
• Ability to integrate multiple connectivity technologies into a cohesive system-level architecture
• Knowledge of industry trends in digital keys, smart devices, and next-gen access solutions
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership
