About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a developer verification to ensure radio product quality, including Massive MIMO and remote radio products. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do:

• To ensure a high product performance quality is your main responsibility
• 5G NR radio product integration and verification
• Passive/Active antenna OTA verification
• Set up qualified verification environment
• Carry out effectively and efficiently all the verification activities on time and quality
• Product issue debug and troubleshooting
  
  

You will bring:

• Master degree or above of first level University major in telecommunication, electronic and so on
• Solid RF knowledge and instruments
• Good English speaking
• High Energy levels, positive as a person with a can do mentality with high drive ability to get things done
• Good understanding about commination technology such as MIMO, Beamforming, etc.
• Energize others by spreading a positive energy
• Edge you can take tough yes/no decision and implement them
• Passion for technology and test work and also care colleagues
• High Execution/Delivery ability, deliver on time and commitments and constantly work on efficiency improvements
• Integrity and Presentation, state things as how it is clearly and with structure
• Perseverance, dig into the detail of every problem and never give up
• Quality mindset and accountability
• Good cooperation with others
