About the role:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Business Partner to drive our FP&A capabilities, providing the financial insights and analysis needed to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on finance professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with business partnership skills and enjoys building processes in a fast-growing company. In this role you will own key FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, while partnering closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders across the company.
What you’ll be doing:
· Lead key FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, and financial modelling across revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
· Provide meaningful financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, business planning, and resource allocation.
· Partner with business leaders across R&D, Operations, Business Development, and corporate functions to understand business drivers and translate them into financial outcomes.
· Prepare monthly management reporting, including Budget vs. Actuals, Forecast vs. Actuals, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
· Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support company growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
· Support executive leadership and Board reporting with clear, data-driven financial insights.
· Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
What we need to see:
· BA in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance (CPA certification is a strong advantage)
· 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles.
· Experience working in a Tech company, preferably in a global and fast-growing environment, with exposure to multi-currency operations and foreign exchange (FX) planning and reporting
· Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
· Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through financial insights.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to business performance.
· Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with FP&A systems, financial reporting platforms and AI tools to drive financial analysis and process efficiency.
· A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
