💼 Job Description

As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for setting up and industrializing new customer projects within the engineering team, ensuring a smooth transition to volume production. You act as the key link between engineering, operations, quality, and customers, translating technical project requirements into robust and efficient production solutions.

• Coordinate the introduction of new projects from engineering into volume production.
• Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows.
• Follow up production performance by monitoring yield, quality, efficiency, and technical issues.
  
  

📚 Profile / Requirements

• Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex technical ASIC products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
• Familiar with standards like automotive and medical
• Experience in SPC, MSA
